Kim's son Jacob Herrera (1st grade) submitted the following essay:
My mom does everything for me and my brother. She gets up early every day and drives to Lake City to work. Then at night, she cooks dinner, helps with homework, washes dishes, washes clothes and goes to all our games, baseball, football, soccer, and karate lessons. She is also a coach for my brother's soccer team. She is so busy she has no time left for herself. My mom is the best mom in the whole world and I love her very much!
